You can now mark the attendance of students from APSpace, using intelligent self-service classroom attendance system called Attendix. This is a guide to mark attendance on Attendix using APSpace.

If students are using QR code to sign for attendance then, please advise students to use APSpace Mobile built-in QR code scanner to sign for attendance. If they are using APSpace Web (https://apspace.apu.edu.my/), they will be redirected to enter OTP to sign for attendance.

  • The OTP (One Time Password number) will be renewed every 30 seconds with a 3 second buffer.

  • If you wish to Edit an existing attendance record you mar Enter the Class Code, Date and Start Time, subsequently.

  • If a student is not carrying a mobil device, they can use their laptop to enter the OTP in the Sign Attendance page.

  • If a student is completely unable to mark attendance, the lecturer can manually change this to Present/Late.
