Check and View All Tickets I Have Created
Students/Parents/Staff (reporters) want to follow up on their currently opened and previous (closed) ticket requests with respective functional unit/department of the University. The following steps show how-to access all their ticket requests and check on the status and follow up.
Step 1 - Go to Virtual Help Centre and Login with registered e-mail account credential.
