The "Not Synced" label indicates that your online top-up has not yet been updated on your physical APCard. Simply scan your physical APCard at any top-up kiosk or make a purchase at any outlet within APU to update the physical APCard balance.

Yes, you can use your APCard right away at any of our outlets once the updated balance shows on your APSpace. However, for parking, the balance works differently. You need to refer to "Available for Parking" balance. Please note that you need to scan your physical APCard at any kiosk or outlet after the online top-up to update the "Available for Parking" balance.
What is the “Available for Parking” balance?
The "Available for Parking" balance refers to the balance stored on your physical APCard. The parking system relies on this balance. Please scan your physical APCard at any kiosk or outlet after an online transaction to ensure the "Available for Parking" balance is updated.
