FYPPGBank Ethics Form Approval Menu Guideline

Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/login and log in using your APKey.

Step 2- After logging in, click the FYPPGBank icon to navigate to the main page.

Step 3- Click on Ethics Form at the left sidebar menu and click on Ethics Form Pending Approval

Step 4- It will take you to the page where you will see the table Ethics Form Pending Approval

Step 5- Click on the “Review Fast track”

Step 6- It will take you to the page where you will see the table With all the information filled out and you have to review it

Test Case 1: If you want to have the Ethics Form reverted this is the process

Step 7 - Click on the “Submit” to revert the Ethics Form

Test Case 2: If you want to have the Ethics Form approved this is the process

Step 8- You have to fill out the information in the new table that will appear information in the new table that will appear

Step 9- Click on the “Submit” to approve the Ethics Form
