FYPPGBank Project Title Proposal Menu Guideline

 

Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/login and log in using your APKey.

Step 2- After logging in, click the FYPPGBank icon to navigate to the main page.

Step 3- Click on Project Title Proposal at the left sidebar menu.

 

Step 4- Click on “Submit My Own Project Title”

Step 5- Fill in all required information as below

  1. Project Tile (150 characters limit)

  2. Description (Include an introduction, Aim, Objectives, and Targeted users)
    (1000 characters limit)

  3. SDG Goals

  4. Key Words

  5. Preferred Supervisor

1- Maximum of 5 keywords is allowed.

2- Maximum of 5 preferred supervisors is allowed.

 

Step 6- After completing all the required fields, click the submit button to submit your project title.

 

Step 7- After submitting, you will be redirected to the Project Title Proposal page, which displays your submitted title along with the status 'Pending Approval.

  • The 'Pending Approval' status indicates that your title proposal has been successfully submitted and is awaiting approval from the FYP Project Manager

  • Upon approval by the FYP Project Manager, the status will update to 'Approved

 

Step 8- While your project title proposal is still in the 'Pending Approval' status, you can cancel your submission or edit the project title by clicking the 'Cancel Project Title' or 'Edit Project Title' button.

 

Step 9- Clicking on 'Edit Project Title' will redirect you to the Project Title Proposal Form page, where you can modify and resubmit your title.

 

Step 10- Clicking on 'Cancel Project Title' will display a message saying 'Title Proposal Cancelled' confirming that your title proposal has been successfully canceled.
