FYPPGBank Ethics Form Menu Guideline

Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/login and log in using your APKey.

Step 2- After logging in, click the FYPPGBank icon to navigate to the main page.

Step 3- Click on Ethics Form at the left sidebar menu.

Step 4- Click on “Fast Track Form”

Step 5- Fill in all required information

All answers should be Yes or you may proceed to Full track Form

All answers should be No or you may proceed to Full track Form

Step 6- After completing all the required fields, click the submit button to submit your Fast Track Form.

Step 7- Click on “Full Track Form”

Step 8- Fill in all required information

Step 9- After completing all the required fields, click the submit button to submit your Fast Track Form.
