• To implement process automation on APface system using UIPath (Method 1).

 Discussion topics

Add new person at HCP

• First Name is the TP Number and Last Name is “APU“, never use student’s name.

• ID can be TP Number to be unique and avoid duplicate registration of the same student.

• Effective Period should be started from the enrolment date of the student and ended at 1 year after the expected course completion date. If need to extend longer period, need to conduct manually or use default buffer.

• Turn off Allow Login to Self-Service

• Add picture

1. Adam export all students inside the record in HCP

2. CTI compares which student is active and not active, highlight to Adam

3. Provide the photo if the student don't have photo
