Picture Naming Convention: The photographs should be named according to the format "studentId".jpg The accepted picture formats are JPG, JPEG, or PNG.

Updating Existing Records: If the ID in the profile photo name matches an existing person on the platform, their existing details will be updated automatically. In cases where the ID does not exist or matches a name without an existing ID, a new record will be created in the system.

ID Alterations: Once assigned, the ID cannot be modified at a later stage. This is to maintain consistency and integrity in the records.

Photo Resolution: A high-resolution image (usually at least 300 dpi) is recommended to capture detailed facial features. The minimum pixel dimensions might be specified, often in the range of 640x480 pixels or higher.
