I experience hang/frozen screen or Not Responding while using VirtualLab@APU.

Please disconnect from the current session and connect to VirtualLab@APU again.

Horizon Client

Step 1 - Hover over the menu bar, click Options > Disconnect and Log Off.

Step 2 - Click OK to disconnect from virtual machine.

Step 3 - Click on Windows 10 to connect to VirtualLab@APU again.


HTML Access

Step 1 - Click on the tab at the left side.

Step 2 - Click Log Off.

Step 3 - Click OK to Log Off Desktop.

Step 4 - Click on Windows 10 to connect to VirtualLab@APU again.
