Membership Registration - (CMI / DMI) Proposed GIMS Implementation Requirements

 Objective

1. Implementation of a new button/ section for membership registration.

2. User should be able to register, edit and delete (update the status) the membership details.

3. User should be able to view and update the Award Details.

As end users are currently running on a manual process, it has raised several concerns around monitoring with our administrative colleagues and when moderation is required.

User needs to fill up following fields upon registration:

  1. Membership Name/ Accreditation

  2. Intake number

  3. Course Name

Meanwhile user needs to be able to delete Qualification Award

 

 

When Membership Details is updated the insertion field should not be changed

User needs to be able to edit, but no need to change automatically the date

After user edited the award, the date should be changed

 

 

Course name should be used as relation between Membership Details and Award Details

Course name is required to be filled upon registration

End Users will also need to send a monthly report of registration to CMI or DMI, so there should be PDF reports that can be generated by dates and status of each students enrolled in the duration specified.

After clarifying with Dr Jason, all students who study the applicable APU programmes are eligible to sign up for the course and obtain the additional certificate regardless of credit transfer.

The CMI membership fees are already included in GIMS and APSpace Admin.
