Requirements and Q&A

1. Add Membership No. To membership registration as an optional field

2. When Membership and Award are updated -

  • The registration details insertion date shouldn’t change

  • The Award details insertion date should be changed

3. What are the required and optional Fields?

  • All fields are required except remarks and membership no.

4. Where do the Start Date and End Date come from?

  • Intake start date and end date come from GIMS (no need for end date)

5. Do you need to view Membership No. ?

  • Membership no. should be entered manually by staff

  • It should be a string

  • should be optional

6. Should there be a view of Award Details?

7. Is there a relationship between Registration Details and Award Details?

  • Registration can have one or zero awards.

  • A specific course has only one specific award

  • Registration should be filled out first, and then at the top of the registration section, there will be a

button to view and edit the award. The edit button should be restricted.

8. Will the Registration details and Award details be filled at the same time?

  • First, registration details should be filled in, later, award details might be filled out
