Enroll for NVivo access (individual)

NVivo is a software tool that helps researchers manage and analyze qualitative data. This type of data includes interviews, survey responses, articles, social media content, and more.

You may enroll using this method if your lecturer/trainer explicitly requested you to enroll manually. In a typical scenario, your lecturer/trainer will submit a compiled list of students/participants to perform bulk enrollment.

Step 1 - Launch a Support Ticket via our IT Helpdesk.

Step 2 - Login (top right) to ticketing system using your APkey.

Step 3 - Fill in the support ticket form.

Enter “Request NVivo access” as the Summary. For Select a System, choose 3rd Party Software. Lastly, enter your APkey.

You may refer to the following screenshot to ensure that correct information is included.

You may use the following template for the Description field.

Dear IT Helpdesk,

I would like to request access to NVivo license. Below is the information requested:

Email: [your university email]
Duration: [how long do you need the license (maximum 1 year)]
Reason: [justify the reason to enroll using this method]

Please ensure correct and accurate information are included as it will affect the processing time.

Step 4 - Click on Send.

Result - Upon successful enrollment, you will receive email from Team NVivo as follows:
