General Instructions for APCalendar Integration from Moodle's Side

In order for APCalendar to properly integrate with Moodle in regards to submissions for IR, FYP, Internship, and Thesis, the following rules must be adhered to:

  1. There must be a section that utilise a special naming convention

  2. That section must have only one submission link in it


 How to Set Up A Section

  1. To create a new section, you need to turn editing on:

  1. Scroll all the way down to the bottom-most section where you will see the option to ‘Add Topics’

  1. A prompt will pop up asking how many sections you would like to create. For this purpose, just stick to one.

  1. Once the new section is created, you can edit the section name by clicking on the pencil icon. You can also move the section to different positions by holding and dragging the cross icon on the left (up and down only):


When you are done, it should look like this:

Important Notes:

  1. Please follow these naming conventions for this special section in your respective course folders:

  • [Submission]: Internship Report

  • [Submission]: Investigation Report

  • [Submission]: FYP Report

  • [Submission]: Thesis Report

  1. Put only the submission link in those sections, do not put anything else in it. You may name the submission link however you want:
