How to Perform A Call Transfer

You can transfer an external incoming call to another party in one of the following ways:

1. Blind Transfer: Transfer a call directly to another party without consulting.

2. Semi-Attended Transfer: Transfer a call when receiving the ring-back.

3. Attended Transfer : Transfer a call with prior consulting.

However, we believe that Attended Transfer is the most appropriate for our university.
