I experience hang/frozen screen or Not Responding while using VirtualLab@APU.

Please disconnect from the current session and connect to VirtualLab@APU again.

Horizon Client

Step 1- Hover over the menu bar, click Options > Disconnect and Log Off.

Step 2- Click OK to disconnect from virtual machine.

Step 3- Click on Windows 10 to connect to VirtualLab@APU again.

Step 1- Click on the tab at the left side.

Step 2- Click Log Off.

Step 3- Click OK to Log Off Desktop.

Step 4- Click on Windows 10 to connect to VirtualLab@APU again.
