Normally, the EC (Extenuating Circumstances) Committee meeting will be held every two weeks. Your application will be considered in the next EC Committee meeting. You may check the status of your application after two (2) weeks from the date of the submission. You can check EC status online by logging on to the following link – Online EC Submission.

You are only required to print the hardcopy and submit the EC Form together with your supporting document to Submission Counter Level 4 @ APU New Campus when the university requires a hard copy of your supporting document.

Note: You are required to keep the original copy of all submitted materials.
