But if you have a valid reason with valid supporting document, please submit Extenuating Circumstances (EC) Online and then submit hardcopy forms to the Administration office with supporting documents and consent letter from parent
If you are a local student and have a valid reason to defer, please submit Extenuating Circumstances (EC) Online and then submit hardcopy forms to the Administration office with supporting documents and consent letter from parents. EC meetings are held every 2 weeks and you can check the decision from the EC online system.
