Dear Colleagues, We are reaching out to inform you of an upcoming change to the APSpace Admin system. In our ongoing commitment to enhancing security measures and ensuring the utmost protection for our infrastructure, we are implementing Zero Trust security principles. What's Changing? Effective July 16, 2024, at 6:00 pm, we will begin implementing Microsoft Authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the APSpace Admin system. This additional layer of security is crucial to protect our data and systems from unauthorized access. Why the Change? The introduction of MFA adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorized access. This change is in line with our efforts to strengthen our security infrastructure and safeguard sensitive information. What You Need to Do: We understand that this is a significant change, and we appreciate your cooperation during this transition period. Please follow the step-by-step guide that will be provided to help you adapt to the new authentication process. Rollout Plan: Please note that the rollout for Microsoft Authentication and MFA for other systems listed in our previous communication will continue as planned. We will provide further updates regarding the official release dates for each system in due course.
