What's causing the error when I try to use my camera to scan a QR code in APSpace? (Browser version)

If you are using APSpace in your mobile device browser instead of application, look here! (NotAllowedError: Permission denied)

Step 1: Go to the Setting page for your browser. The following scenario is using Google Chrome browser.

Step 2: Inside Settings, scroll to the bottom and select Site settings.

Step 3: Inside Site settings, select All sites.

Step 4: Inside All sites, search for the keyword ‘apu’ or just search it by scrolling down. Then press it.

Step 5: Inside site settings, you may choose to Allowed Camera or Delete data and reset permissions.

Step 6: Exit the setting pages and back to the browser. For user who choose to Delete data and reset permissions, the browser will appear a pop-up, just press continue.

Step 7: Now you are good to go!
