Microsoft Office 365 Apps

Microsoft Office 365 is available for all APU/APIIT students and staff to download on their computer. You can download Office 365 ProPlus with a free subscription here. This subscription of Office 365 ProPlus contains – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, and Skype for Business. Please follow the instructions below to download and install Microsoft 365 on your computer;

Step 1: Go to http://portal.office.com/

Step 2: Login with your student email (TP0XXXXX@mail.apu.edu.my) or staff email (staff.user@staffemail.apu.edu.my).

Step 3: On the top right corner click on ‘Install Office’ and from the drop-down menu click ‘Office 365 apps’ to download the setup file.

Windows

After you have downloaded the setup file, double click on .exe setup file from the file explorer and install Microsoft Office 365 on your computer.

Mac

After you have downloaded the installer file, double click on .pkg installer file from the finder and will be guided through installation.

Step 4: You have now successfully installed Microsoft Office 365 on your computer and can start using Office 365 products.
