Elective Module Selection (CRF - 96)

After click REGISTER button in APSpace admin, student will receive email on Elective Module selection

Current Process:

1. create the Microsoft form for each intake and broadcast the Microsoft form link to the students.

2. deadline given to student to choose the elective

3. extract the date and sort it by:

a) apu-dmu or apu

b) programme (example, CS, )

c) elective modules

d) semester 1 or semester 2

Selected modules will be captured in student profile

 Current Process

1. register and add student to the elective programme (search the intake -apu or dmu-apu and the programme one by one)

2. edit changes of elective module one by one (if requested by student)

(scheduler, AL, PL & PA must able to see number of student selected each elective module for each programme)
