Software Licenses
IBM SPSS Statistics [Acknowledged]
Issue: Users are reporting that they have received error saying license is expired and they can no longer use IBM SPSS Statistics soon if not renewed.
Resolution: Users may still proceed to use the software by clicking OK when the warning shows up.
Remarks: This is due to us temporarily transitioning the license from v29 to v30 and we have yet to get the complete license. Once the license transition is complete, the error message will be gone, and you can still use IBM SPSS Statistics v29 or choose to upgrade to v30.

VirtualLab@APU
VirtualLab@APU [Under maintenance]
Issue: Users are reporting that they are unable to access to VirtualLab@APU via Omnissa Horizon (previously known as VMware Horizon).
Alternatives: Please use the software required in the lab PC during lab availability hours. If software is not working in the lab PC, please write to assist@apu.edu.my.
