You need to login to Virtual Help Centre as an agent and assignee of a ticket/issue to respond. Following are the steps to login to Virtual Help Centre.
Step 1 - Go to https://apiit.atlassian.net
Step 2 - Click Continue with Microsoft
Step 3 - Login using your @staffemail.apu.edu.my email address and same password credential
After you have entered your correct credential to login then, you will be redirected to Agent Portal of Virtual Help Centre.
