If I am found to be Covid 19 positive, or close contact of a positive case, will I get a refund if I cancel my participation as I have confirmed my registration and made payment?

We will consider for refund and you will need to submit evidence to graduation@apu.edu.my

If my guest had not been fully vaccinated, can he/she attend the Graduation ceremony?

No, as per the SOP enforced by the National Security Council of Malaysia (MKN), only fully vaccinated person can attend an Indoor ceremony. It will be the graduand’s responsibility to check the vaccination status of their guest before purchasing the guest ticket(s).

All individual’s vaccination status in the MySejahtera application will be checked by the security personnel at the entrance to the Campus ceremony and those who are not fully vaccinated will not be allowed entry, hence will not be able to attend the ceremony and no refund for the guest tickets purchased.

Do we need to do Covid 19 Self test before attending the Graduation ceremony?

Although this is not required or made compulsory, we highly encourage all graduates and guests to perform self test for everyone’s safety and well being.

Do I need to wear face mask throughout the event?

Yes, you need to wear face mask throughout the event.

If I or my guest has fever/cough symptoms, are we still allowed to attend the Graduation Ceremony?

No, Graduates or Guests who have Covid19 symptoms are not allowed to attend the Graduation Ceremony
