Following is a video guide and step-by-step guide to Jaspersoft:
Go to URL: https://report.apu.edu.my/jasperserver-pro on your browser and log in with your APKEY Single Sign-Sign-On (CAS) credential to authenticate as shown below:-
2. Once, you log in you will see the dashboard as shown in below image, then click on Library (in the red box) which is on the upper right menu.
3. You then type for the report that you want on the search box to be able to see the report as illustrated below. For example like shown below
4. To export and print personal report, click on the export button as shown below:
5. For the first time logging to the system, the following error message will appear: “Internal server error occurred. Please contact your system administrator”
6. Note: Please contact assist@staffemail.apu.edu.my upon receiving the above error message.
