Install VMware Horizon Client for VirtualLab@APU .v2

This method will utilize VMware Horizon Client to connect to VirtualLab@APU, which provides a better experience than the Web Browser. The guide will show you how to install and configure Horizon Client on your workstation.

Step 1: Download Horizon Client

1. Browser to Vmware Horizon Client Download Page

2. Select the Latest Version.

3. Select Go To download based on your OS Version ( Windows, macOS, Android or iOS).

   

4. Select Download Now

   

Step 2: Install Horizon Client

Once you downloaded the installer, Click on the downloaded file

Click on Agree & Install. The installation will proceed and it should not take more than 10 minutes.

You will get a Success! message when the installation is completed successfully. Click Finish.

Click Restart Now to complete the installation.

Step 3: Open Horizon Client

To use VMware Horizon Client, open Start Menu and type “horizon”. Click on VMware Horizon Client.
