Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/userview/appcenter/home/_/home
You will be redirected to main page of Joget Platform
Step 2- Click on log in button at the left sidebar corner and log in using your APKey.
Step 3- Once you login click on FYPPGBank Icon to go to FYPPGBank Page
This is FYPPGBank Main Page view
Step 4- Click on Project Title Proposal at the left sidebar menu.
Step 5- Click on “Submit my own project title proposal”
Step 6- Fill in all required information as below
Project Tile (150 characters limit)
Description (Include an introduction, Aim, Objectives, and Targeted users)
(1000 characters limit)SDG Goals
Key Words
Preferred Supervisor
1- Maximum of 5 keywords is allowed.
2- Maximum of 5 preferred supervisors is allowed
Step 6- Once you fill all the required field click on the submit button to submit your project title
Step 7- Once you submit you will be redirect to Project Title Proposal page consist of your title submission details with status ‘Pending Approval’.
Status Pending Approval Indicate that your title proposal submission successfully submit and pending approval from FYP Project Manager.
Once FYP Project Manager Approve it will change to Approve.
Step 7- While your project title proposal still in ‘Pending Approval’ status you still able to cancel your title submission or edit project tittle by click on ‘Cancel Project Title’ or ‘Edit Project Title’ button.

Step 7- Click on Edit Project Title will direct back to Project Title Proposal Form page where you are able to edit and resubmit your title.
Step 7- Click on ‘Cancel Project Title’ will prompt a message Title Proposal Cancelled to indicate your title proposal successfully cancel.
