APCalendar serves as the centralized calendar for APSpace, consolidating schedules from the Exam Scheduling System (ESS) and Moodle based on the event marking due dates. For this Phase 1, APCalendar will include selected crucial dates from the events. In future phases, we will additionally include other crucial events or activities that will be helpful for the staff.

To access APCalendar in your APSpace, kindly follow below guidelines.
Step 1 - From your Dashboard, click on the APCalendar on the tab, and you will be redirected to APCalendar page.

Step 2 - In the APCalendar page, you can make adjustments to the calendar on displays, by selecting “Day”, “Week” or “Month” segments.

You can also display events on specific date within previous 4 weeks by clicking on any dates prior to 4 weeks from today’s date.
Additionally, you can display events on specific date within upcoming 4 weeks by clicking on any dates within the upcoming 4 weeks from today's date.
