But if you have a valid reason with valid supporting document, please submit submit Extenuating Circumstances (EC) Online and then submit hardcopy forms to the Administration office with supporting documents and with consent letter from parentparents.

EC meetings are held every 2 weeks and you can check the decision from the EC online system.
