Like any PC, once in a while your WorkSpace need to be restarted to refresh it.

Please follow below steps Workspace. There’s 2 ways to restart WorkSpace:

Option 1 :
Go to Start > Select power button > Restart

Option 2 :

Step 1 - Go to the Left top menu

Step 2 - Select Amazon WorkSpaces

Step 3 - Select Restart Workspace

Step 4 - Wait around 15 min and try again
