Option 1 :
Go to Start > Select power button > Restart

or

Option 2 :

Step 1 - Go to the Left top menu

Step 2 - Select Amazon WorkSpaces

Step 3 - Select Restart Workspace

Step 4 - Wait around 15 min and try again
