Step 1- Head over to your APSpace app your mobile device or visit the APSpace website using a web browser.

Step 2- Navigate to the Fee tab by scroll down to the Financial widget and click on Show More, and locate the Opt-in to e-Invoice Subscription section.

Step 3- In the Fee tab, find the Opt-in to e-Invoice Subscription section, then click on Learn More.

Step 4- The e-Invoice Description will appear. Click on Show More to view the e-Invoice Terms and Conditions.

Step 5- The e-Invoice Terms and Conditions will be displayed. Click on the "Click Here" button to proceed to the e-Invoice Information Confirmation page.

Step 6- The e-Invoice Information Confirmation page will appear, displaying the following details:

  • Full Name

  • ID Type

  • ID Number

  • Billing Address

  • Contact Number

  • Tax Identification Number

Step 7- Check for any error messages indicating that your information does not comply with the IRBM format. If no errors are found, proceed to the next step

This is an example of an error message indicating that both your residential address and permanent address do not comply with the IRBM format.

The correct address format must include the city, state, and country.

Step 8- Please select either your residential address or permanent address

Step 9- Please enter your Tax Identification Number and click on the Validate button next to it to validate your Tax Identification Number.

This is how it will appear if your Tax Identification Number fails validation, and you will not be able to proceed to the next step

Step 10- Please read the declaration, and if you agree, check the box to confirm your acceptance

Step 11- Click the Submit button to submit all your updated information and complete the e-Invoice opt-in process.

Step 12- Once your submission is successful, a message will appear confirming that you have successfully opted in to e-Invoice
