As per the SOP, you are not allowed to exchange the robe after robe collection. Therefore please check and ensure you have selected the correct robe size when registering.

Yes, please make sure your representative has your QR code to enable us to collect the robe and refund the deposit (if applicable, please be alert on the penalty mentioned on the Graduation website for late return of robe set).
