Class Phase Setup
Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/login and log in using your APKey.
Step 2- After logging in, it will navigate to the main page.

Step 3- Click on Class Management at the left sidebar menu and click on Class List
Step 4- It will show you a table that has the List of Classes
Step 5- To create a new phase you have to click “Create Phase”
Step 6- It will show you a table that you have to fill out the phase name, starting date, and the duration in weeks for the phase. The submission date will be automatically calculated based on the duration provided
Step 7- To submit the new phase you have to click “Submit”
Step 8- Click on Timeline at the left sidebar menu
Step 9- To filter the Class Code you have to click this box
Step 10- To Update the Timeline you have to click “Update Timeline”
Step 11- It will show you the updated Timeline
Class Phase Bulk Setup
Step 1- Click on Class Management at the left sidebar menu and click on Class Phase Bulk Setup
Step 2- Select your class code(s) for setup. You can choose more than one class code. Then, fill in the phase name, starting date, and duration in weeks for the phase. The submission date will be automatically calculated based on the duration entered.
Step 3- To save the new phase you have to click “Save”
Step 4- Click on Timeline at the left sidebar menu
Step 5- To filter the Class Code you have to click this box
Step 6- To Update the Timeline you have to click “Update Timeline”
Step 7- It will show you the updated Timeline
