Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/login and log in using your APKey.
Step 2- After logging in, click the FYPPGBank icon to navigate to the main page.

Step 3- Click on Meeting Scheduling at the left sidebar menu.
Step 4- Click on Meeting Schedule at the left sidebar menu.
Step 5- Fill in all required information
1- All fields should be filled out
Step 6- After completing all the required fields, click the submit button to submit your Meeting Schedule.
Step 7- All meetings scheduled will be shown in this table for Approvel
Step 8- Click on “View” to view more information about the meeting scheduled
Step 9- After clicking on View it will show you this list
