Once Student join APU or new classes, the lecturer need to share with the students (who are enrolled to one class) Microsoft Teams for online classes
Instructions
Once course is already exist in Moodle then the lecturer needs to:
Create new Teams manually
Copy the Teams code
Send the Teams code using one of the following options:
Message the code to the students through Moodle (APU LMS):
Click on participant page in the course
Tick all students
Scroll down and click on send a message from with selected users drop down
Fill up in the Code in the message box then send
The students need to open Moodle messages on top right to view the code
The students join Teams using the code
Add Teams code as label in Moodle course then the students need to view the course to find the code and join Teams using the posted code.
