How to do graduation seat sticker.

Excel format must have Name & SeatNumber. Spelling must be correct to avoid mistake during the merging of the list.

Please use the attached Words document when preparing the sticker.


Below are the steps need to follow in the Words document.

  • Open the attached document.

  • After opening the document, a pop-up box will appear. Click on the “Yes” button.


  • On the tab, click on the “Mailings” > Select Recipients


  • Then choose the “Use an Existing List..” and select the Excel file of the list.

  • After that, a pop-up window appears as shown in the image below. You need to click on the “Yes” button.


  • Next, click on the “Preview Results” to view if it works or not. The result will come out as in the image below.


  • Click at the “Finish & Merge” > “Edit Individual Documents



  • Then the records must be All and finally click “OK” button.
