If you encounter any issue with any of APU/APIIT digital platforms such as - APSpace, e-Forms, Moodle , Knowledge Base, Outlook, MS Teams etc, then you may try to self-troubleshoot the issue using incognito/private window in a web browser. Please follow the steps based on your choice of web browser.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More and then New Incognito Window.
On your computer, open Firefox.
Click the menu button and then click New Private Window.
