You may submit an appeal letter to the School Administrator at Level 5 and this letter must have justification on why you want to change the decision from retake to referral exam.
Appeal Board meetings are held every 2 weeks and you will receive a decision in 2 weeks via email from School Administrator. If your appeal is approved, you can proceed to the Administration office to register for a referral exam.
