Where is the venue of the Graduation ceremony?
The Graduation ceremony will be held in Auditorium 1, Level 7, APU Campus.
Is there any dress code during graduation?
All graduands are required to dress formally, smartly, and presentable. Jeans, sweat pants and sports shoes are not allowed. Those dresses inappropriately may not be admitted to the Graduation ceremony. For more information please refer to the graduation website, click here.
How long is the ceremony?
Approximately 2-3 hours from the point of registration.
Will there be any rehearsal for the Graduation Ceremony?
No, we do not have any rehearsal for the Graduation Ceremony.
What is the itinerary for the Graduation?
It depends on your session and the number of graduates attending the ceremony. The typical morning session will be from 9:00 am till 12:00 pm and a typical afternoon session will be from 2:00 pm till 5:00 pm. Can I purchase additional tickets on the Graduation day?
Due to the pandemic and SOP imposed by the authority, the seats are limited and there will be no additional tickets to be sold on the Graduation Day.
Where can I/guest park? Can I still park at the covered car park at Level 2 as my student ID card is still valid? Is parking free?
There will be a dedicated ‘free’ parking assigned during the Graduation day at Zone B (open space parking) opposite APU Main Entrance.

Yes, you may still park at the covered car park at Level 2 if your student ID card is still valid, but you will be charged accordingly.
What is the payment option for Family portrait? Do I need to include this payment when paying for Graduation?
For family portrait/studio photos, you can pay directly to the photographer on the day itself.
Will there be online ceremony for this March 2022 graduation? Can we participate online?
As of now, there will only be physical graduation ceremony for March 2022 and no online participation is offered for this event. However, you will be able to watch the ceremony online via our APU YouTube channel on the Graduation Day but only the attending Graduate names will be called out during the ceremony.
When is the next Graduation ceremony? Will it be online or physical ceremony?
For future dates on the virtual graduation or physical graduation ceremony after this March 2022, you will be notified accordingly. However, the dates of the events will be decided based on the Covid-19 situation in Malaysia.
