Will I get a certificate if I do not attend the Graduation ceremony?
Yes, but it will be issued only after the Graduation ceremony. You will also receive an email informing that the certificate is ready for collection.
If I have fees pending, will I still able to collect my certificate and transcript?
No, certificate and transcript will not be issued if graduand still has fees pending.
I will not be attending the Graduation ceremony. How do I collect my certificate if I am in overseas?
You can either ask your representative to collect on your behalf, or you can request us to send via courier and you will need to bear the charges.
If you choose to ask your representative to collect, please email to graduation@apu.edu.my and provide your representative details (Name, ID, or passport no) for our record before asking him/her to collect it at the Admin office (preferably 3 days notice prior to the day of collection).
If you choose to request for a courier, please email to graduation@apu.edu.my your mailing address for us to advise the courier fees.
