Clearing the Cache and Cookies from a web browser is an important first - step for almost any troubleshooting. The 'cache' is a tool used by your web browser to speed up the page loading process. Sometimes, you may encounter a problem when a website or any of our digital platform platforms (APSpace, Moodle, Knowledge Base, OBE, APSpace Admin, etc.) are updated and there might be a conflict with files saved in the cache. Clearing web browser cache and cookies may fix certain problems, like loading, updated content, or formatting issues.

  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
