  3. Enter your APKey credentials (username and current password) if you have not yet logon.

  4. Complete any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) steps if prompted.

  5. Review and follow the password requirements as per https://apiit.atlassian.net/wiki/x/XoAalw which includes:

    • At least 12 characters in length.

    • Include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

    • Do not use personal information, common words, or easily guessable patterns.

  6. Enter your new password in the required field and confirm it by re-entering it or select Submit. Your password will be changed and you'll be asked to sign in to your APKey account again.

  2. Log out of your operating system but do not restart.

  3. Log back in to your operating system (E.g: Window Microsoft Windows 10 ) using your newly set password to ensure everything works correctly.
