Class Phase Setup
Step 1- Head over to FYPPGBank System using this link https://fyppgbank.apu.edu.my/jw/web/login FYPPGBank System and log in using your APKey.

Step 3- Click on Class Management at the left sidebar menu and click on Class List

Step 4- It will show you a table that has the List of Classes

Step 5- To create a new phase you have to click “Create Phase”

Step 6- It will show you a table that you have to fill out with informationthe phase name, starting date, and the duration in weeks for the phase. The submission date will be automatically calculated based on the duration provided

Step 7- To submit the new phase you have to click “Submit”

Class Phase Bulk Setup
Step 121- Click on Class Management at the left sidebar menu and click on Class Phase Bulk Setup

Step 13- It will show you a table that you have to fill out with information2- Select your class code(s) for setup. You can choose more than one class code. Then, fill in the phase name, starting date, and duration in weeks for the phase. The submission date will be automatically calculated based on the duration entered.
