You may come to APU Immigration Services Office Level 4 and submit documentation for visa renewal. Otherwise if you are oversea, you can submit your renewal document by scanning the required documents and email it to visa@apu.edu.my. Please follow the guideline to avoid error in the application.
HARDCOPY SUBMISSION ( APU IMMIGRATION COUNTER) – FOR STUDENT IN MALAYSIA
Passport copy all pages including empty pages (with latest date of entry stamp) (3 sets).
a. If you have 2 passport please copy new passport 3 sets copies of new passport and 2 set copies of old passport.
b. Please ensure passport validity is more than 18 months.
c. Maximum of 2 passport pages per each A4 page.Passport size photograph with WHITE background (35mm x 45mm) (2 photos)
a. We recommend photographer without spectacles to avoid the risk of rejection because of glare or reflection and / no hair across the eyes
b. We recommend to wear DARK-COLOURED attire (this includes headscarves).
c. Photo taken with neutral expression with mouth closed (no grinning, frowning or raised eyebrows).
d. DO NOT wear something with open shoulder (such as a tank top).
