1. Complete your registration on the Self-Service Password Registration portal:

   • Access Self-Service Portal

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your preferred authentication methods.

1. Sign In:

   • Navigate to portal.office.com.

   • Log in using your APKey@APU credentials:

     • Students: username@mail.apu.edu.my

     • Staff: username@apu.edu.my

       

2. Authentication Prompt:

   • If using the Microsoft Authenticator app, you’ll receive a notification. Enter the security number displayed on your browser into the app to verify your sign-in.

     

3. Alternative Methods:

   • If unable to use the app, select "I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" .

     

     and choose another registered method (e.g., text, email, call, or security questions)

     

4. Access Granted:

   • Upon successful verification, you’ll be directed to the Microsoft 365 products page.
     

     

Security Note: If you receive an unexpected authentication notification, immediately change your password using the Self-Service Password Reset service.
