Step 1- Head over to your APSpace app your mobile device or visit the APSpace website using a web browser.
Step 2- Navigate to the Fee tab , by scroll down to the Financial widget and click on Show More, and locate the Opt-in to e-Invoice Subscription section. Then, click on Learn More
Step 3- In the Fee tab, find the Opt-in to e-Invoice Subscription section, then click on Learn More.
Step 4- The e-Invoice Description will appear. Click on Show More to view the e-Invoice Terms and Conditions.
Step 4- The e-Invoice Terms and Conditions will be displayed. Click on the "Click Here" button to proceed to the e-Invoice Information Confirmation page.
Step 5- The e-Invoice Information Confirmation page will appear, displaying the following details:
Full Name
ID Type
ID Number
Billing Address
Contact Number
Tax Identification Numbe
Step 6- Check for any error messages indicating that your information does not comply with the IRBM format. If no errors are found, proceed to the next step

Step 7- Please select either your residential address or permanent address
Step 8- Please enter your Tax Identification Number and click on the Validate button next to it to validate your Tax Identification Number.
