Yes, you can request for a new Student ID cardCard. First, you need to go to the Cashier Counter, Level 3 @ APU New Campus, and inform them you have lost your Student ID card Card and need a new one, request to replacement card; you will be invoiced RM50 for new Student ID card Card and make payment to be made accordingly.
After you have made payment to the cashierCashier, please take your receipt to Submission Counter Level 4 @ APU New Campus. Inform the staff at Submission Counter , that you have lost your Student ID card Card and show them the payment receipt for a the new Student ID cardCard. The staff will provide you a new Student ID Card.
