We provide Office 365 subscription to all students, which can be accessed using their student email. This article will show you how to login to Office 365 using your student email.

If you are a new student and still haven’t changed your password, the table below shows the default email address and password for your Office Microsoft 365 account.

Login to Office 365

Step 1- Use your Internet browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox and visit the website office.com. Click on Sign In.

Step 2- A login box will show up. You need to type in the email address that we provided. Click Next.

The email address is your TP number followed by the domain name of University (@mail.apu.edu.my).

For example, if your TP number is TP000123, your email address is TP000123@mail.apu.edu.my.

Step 3- You will be asked for your password. Enter your password then click Sign in.

Step 4- If you login successfully, you will be asked to save your login session. Click Yes only if you are using your personal computer.

Step 5-Once you click any of the button, you will be brought to your Office 365 homepage. You can now use any of the available Office software provided by Microsoft.
