No, as per the SOP enforced by the National Security Council of Malaysia (MKN), only fully vaccinated person can attend an Indoor ceremony. It will be the graduand’s responsibility to check the vaccination status of their guest before purchasing the guest ticket(s). All individual’s vaccination status in the MySejahtera application will be checked by the security personnel at the entrance to the Campus ceremony and those who are not fully vaccinated will not be allowed entry, hence will not be able to attend the ceremony and no refund for the guest tickets purchased. |

Due to the pandemic, the Currently, Malaysian borders are still closed . and Social visits /using Tourist Visa or Social Visit Visa is are not allowed by the authority authorities at the moment. Should there be any new announcement by Malaysian Government about opening International border, then quarantine or procedure should be referred to guideline by the Malaysian Ministry of Health at Please refer to https://www.mohkln.gov.my and Malaysia Ministry of Foreign Affairs at https://www.kln.gov.my/ for updates/latest news on the opening of border and quarantine procedure (if Malaysian borders are opened). |
